if assessee has e- filed & cpc has processed that return.
then how can he revise the return?

You can still revise it upto 31st March 2020
If return processed do not revise
What for you want to revise ?
If it is beneficial then you must revise.

1. Even if the return is processed rectification request can be made in case u/s 154 and then on accepting from the department revised return can be filed. 
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.

Actually i wrongly taken TPT allowance as well as standard dudection both i.e. 40000/- each
That means tax amount will increase. It is now upto you to decide.
As you know, original return has been already processed .
So kapadia ji whats next?
