We are in business of briquettes.. We have raised the a party invoice in April 2018. Now the party is stating they have received less quantity of briquettes in April 2018. How can we arrange revised invoice or credit note.

In this technical world, now the system of giving invoice should be online as the soft copy of the invoice can be lost or the users of this can use it for the corruption. The invoice of the Epson printer support was also misused by someone and both the invoice and the credit note was replaced by the online data that both the buyers and the sellers can share.
