Can Pvt ltd. co. revised their allotement return after one year when they come to know that by mistaken wrong share holder list filed at the roc along with allotement return filed earlier . And also subsequently this share holder list also attached with the annula return . And now co. want to rectify this mistake.
what is the procedure.
original allotement reyurn filing date is 31.03.2009
For Annual Return Yes u can file revised but for Allotment kindly confirm at ROC

I also came across same situation and ROC had asked us to file revised form 2 and in your case if the Annual return has also been filed with the wrong list of shareholders, then undoubtedly you file revised Annual return with ROC anytiem, no such intimation or approval is required.
However as far as the revised filing of form 2 is concerned, first of all just speak out your case to some officer at ROC and follow the remedy as suggested by him/her.
