revise return with increase income
hello experts recently I filed one income tax return which is for refund 1500 approx in which I showed 44ada income is 40000 which is actual but now party wants to increase Thier total gross income for loan purpose so can i show 44ad income approx 2lakh so is it any chance to get notice because we suddenly increase 1.5 lakh income and it's have any chance to refund will be not process due to revise income even not cross 2.5 lakh

You can definitely file immediately.

yes sir actually tds deduct under 194j so I claim in 44 ada but now they told about Thier household business of tailoring and etc. so should i follow only 44ada or can I show business in 44 ad also at same time with 44ada because main purpose is refund sir
