Dear Sir,

Can i revise or rectify return for A.Y :- 2017-18 that declared invalidated on 26/08/2018 after 2 reminders from I.T Departments dated on 27/04/2018 and 15/05/2018 which was originally filed on 24/01/2018????

No. You can not revised the returns for A.Y. 2017-2018
Department gave you the period of 12 days. You should have to filed on given date.

You can rectify your return only if you receive intimation under section 143(1)

You can revise a return u/s 139(5) if return u/s 139(1) [return filed before or on due date ] is valid.

Just go to ITO of your ward .
