i get notice 143(1) on17 March in itr in 6 incosistency amount of under sec 37 disallowance due date of in notice 17 April so I can upload revice return or not when I upload return show return filing date is over what can I do now

You cant file revised return now. You need to file a response to the notice by giving CPC number as reference.

revised return can be filled by end of relevant assessment year
in your case you had to file return as found defective

in my opinion the last date for filing revised return has expired and now you can't file revised return
