Dear All,
Is there a rule who in AOA/MOA can sign as a witness. Can it be a family member or it has to outside the family.
Also Pls review the AOA of private Software company. The first member/subscriber is would be whole time director and other member would be non-executive director. Pls suggest if my AOA is correct from that perpective. thanks
