Reverse service tax on commercial rental

We are a Private Ltd. Company and pay approx 8 Lacs in rent to our landlord every year.  Since the landlord rental income is less than 10 Lacs, they do not charge us a service tax.  We have two such rental facilities so we make a total of 16L in rental payments a year to the two different landlords (8 Lacs each)

 

What is the impact, if any, to our service tax/ reverse service tax obligation following July 1, 2012?
