Yes. in different name also. business vertical should be different. but same pan.

Depending on the business verticals but generally not required always.Multiple registration can lead to many confusion

Yes. you can take multiple registration for multiple place of business in the same state. You can take multiple registration even if they are not part of different business verticals. The concept of business verticals no longer exist.
