if I take service (job work) from unregistered person then it come under reverse charge or not

As of till date No RCM is applicable On inward supply from URD

No RCM applicable since Section 9(4) of the CGST AMENDMENT Act 2018 specifies that RCM will be attracted only to notified persons of notified goods/services, when the same is procured from an Unregistered Dealer.

As of now, No Notification issued regarding the same.

Hence, RCM not applicable.
