sir,
we paid freight rupees 4500 to unregister transporter, now i am confused about RCM, sir can we pay Rcm on 4500 rupees or after Tds amount.

RCM is done only If the Transporter Is GTA (issue bilty , GR) ,
RCM is to be done on 4500/-
