What is the rate of RCM on Transport Service, presently, I am calculating Tax @ 5% and taking ITC on tax paid.
Is it the right practice or I should pay @ 12% ?

If are paying tax @ 5% then you can,t claim itc. you are can claim itc if paid gst @ 12%. your practice wrong .
