We are fmcg distributors paying freight to individual truck owners who are not registered to service tax or gst
Under erstwhile service tax regime we did not pay service tax under RCM because these truck owners are not goods transport agency (GTA) , they do not issue consignment note
In gst regime should we pay gst on reverse charge?
If so can we take input tax for such rcm gst paid to unregistered truck owners
