If GTA service from out of state, RCM IGST applicable?

RCM on freight @ 5% or 12%?

As per Section 12 (8)(b) , CGST/SGST will applicatable & rate is 12%

Sorry ....Rate on which RCM is to be done is 5%

yes RCM is applicable @ 5%.. but if GTA pays it should pay 12% and it can claim ITC
