Is RCM still application on advocate service and Transport service, as RCM is suspended till 31.03.2018 under GST meeting.
if yes, can we claim ITC on taxes paid.

yes as in the meeting held in october gave the exemption in 9(4) that is purchase from unregistered dealer
but did not made any change in 9(3) that is services from transport advocate services
but did not made any change in 9(3) that is services from transport advocate services
