Reverse charge gst not paid in cash in not paid at all. Will have to pay again along with interest
U may b pay or u may b paid to the owner of goods,who may b pay to the govt through a bank counter by create a challan.
You have to pay amount along with interest
You have to pay RCM liability along with interest as applicable
