Reverse charge mechanism on advocate
Dear Sir, We are Pvt Ltd received bill for Rs.15000/- from Advocate towards Professional charge for consultation, conference and giving opinion as per email dated 21.03.2015 to 31.03.2015. Kindly clarify that above bill exempt from payment of Service Tax under Reverse Charge Mechanism. Please Clarify at the earliest. Thank you, Regards Krishnamurthy

Reverse Charge is applicable on legal service
If business entity that has turnover more than 10 lacks in preceding financial year receives legal service, business entity has to pay whole service tax under reverse charge mechanism.
so,whole Amount of service Tax on Rs.15000 is payable by your company
