No, can't avail in current month. But can avail in next month.

why not avail in current month

In any of the points it's not highlighted as "No need Credit in Current Month"...

But, 
Some of the confusion in the said rule. No more exact clarity for input of RCM related...

So, 
The confusion is not satisfied for avail the ITC in current. And Taxpayers can without worrying / Doubt will take the ITC in Next month returns that's better option...
