Reverse charge
The reverse charge is paid for inward supply from unregistered person above RS.5000. But actually this provision has been suspended now. So can v claim input of that reverse charge payment

yes every reverse charge payment which is paid by recipient is right to claim input if he paid actually under reverse charge
It's better to claim refund for tax deposited against the reverse charge. When the provision for same is no more in the Act how can you claim input
