purchase from unregistered person. I want to know how to file return with RCM . IT IS APPLICABLE OR NOT.

In current scenario RCM not applicable for purchase from unregistered dealer...

The Provision of Section 9(4) of the CGST Act 2017 i.e. "RCM on PURCHASE FROM UNREGISTERED DEALER", has been suspended by the Government till 30.09.2019.

So at present 9(4) is not applicable...

However, Section 9(3) is in full force...
