67285/114.50*14.5 shall be your service tax liability ie inclusive of amount in assessable value
Assessable Value (Inculding S.tax + SBC) =67285
Service Value = 67285/114.5*100 = 58764
Service tax = 58764 *14% =8227
SBC = 58764* 0.50 % =294
