Hello

We has applied for GST refund under "any other" category & paid the ITC through DRC-03. Our credit ledger was debited at that time. But later our refund claim was rejected & PMT-03 was issued by the State GST department for re credit of ITC.

But ITC has not yet been credited back to our ledger. When we raise a ticket from our side & from department side, the system replies that there is no debit entry for the ITC. We have attached all our credit ledger & DRC-03 copy to show the debit entry. Please help how to claim back our ITC.

Is there any other way , we can use this DRC-03 for any other purpose or any other way of claiming back the ITC.

Help will be highly appreciated. Thanks
