Sir, ITC on inward supply of service from unregistered supplier has been claimed in GSTR 3B 4.(A)(3) for Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov 2017. Since GSTR 2 has been suspended i can't reverse the ITC Claimed. total ITC Claimed Rs.31947 which has to be reversed. How can I pay the tax, under what head ? Please Help.
