Reversal of Input tax credit

Hi

When products distributed as samples, ITC of these goods have to reversed or can I claim ITC on these goods.

It has to be reversed u/s 17(5) of the Act

yes goods disposed by way of gift or free sample section 17(5)(h) you have to reverse your credit

(h) goods lost, stolen, destroyed, written off or disposed of by way of gift or free
samples

REVERSE IT
