Revalidation of ca final registratio

I have registered in CA final in Aug 11.. I have applied for revalidation of registration by sending draft and form at Kanpur branch. But I havn't received any letter yet. I called up, they said I will receive the same within a month. As per rules, we have to revalidate registration before filling Exam form. So can I fill my exam form as letter hasn't been issued but I have applied for the same??
