Returns not verified

Assessee has e-filed returns for AY 12-13, 13-14 and 14-15 before due dates of respective years but she has not sent the signed ITR V copy so the returns shows as pending for verification. Everification is disabled can she send the signed copy now?

If not what is the solution as there is pending refund ?

The return is considered to be null. If the assesse has not e verified his itr within 120 days of filing it is considered as if u have not filed the return

What should be done now to claim refund? Can she refile the return now?

The assesse can file the returns manually and can submit it to The Income Tax Department.
But assesse may lose some of the interest on such refund. But assesse will get the pending refund.

But they accept manual returns only for the past two years only.

Send the signed ITR V now to CPC Bangalore immediately. You can take a chance. In two of my cases they had accepted the signed ITR V after two years with the remarks Belated ITR V received and thereafter processed the return. So take a chance.
