return of service tax in case of gta

Hi

I have a doubt

Pls help me to clear it

Is it required for every GTA to get itself registered for service tax even if turnover is not exceeding Rs. 10,00,000.

If GTA has taken number even though turnover is not exceeding above limit but not filled its return then what are the circumstances?

Service Tax Number i.e Registration Only to Be Done When Services Exceeds 9 Lacs.......

% If Exceeds 10 Lacs Then Only Return is Toi Be Filled..........

Registration required only after you cross the threshold limit of Rs. 10 lacs.

Return is mandatory, even if it is filed Nil.
