Is it required for every GTA to get itself registered for service tax even if turnover is not exceeding Rs. 10,00,000.
If GTA has taken number even though turnover is not exceeding above limit but not filled its return then what are the circumstances?
Registration required only after you cross the threshold limit of Rs. 10 lacs.
Return is mandatory, even if it is filed Nil.
