There no process. You just simply raise Credit Note for Purchase return in the month in which goods return and show such credit note while making application for C form.
Ganeshan sir thanks but we have already given the c form to the party and then because of some reason material is rejected.
Here I presumed that purchase returned in the same quarter.
In this case you have to apply for fresh new C form for the adjusted amount.
However, if purchase returned in next quarter then while applying you have to show Credit note in the same application.
