sir. for the Assessment year 2022-2023, I would like to make condonation of delay now, but on its checking in the site, it says " since the return is not verified within the time allowed, the same is deemed to be never furnished. and condonation request already file,TDS is given this AY
TDS ON 2022-23 Can claim in this AY 2023-23 .

No, If its not c/f from the ay.
You may revise your return through updated return .
Updated U return is to pay additional tax with additional interest and not for above case
TDS cliam in this case. previous year TDS already claim but return have a invalid due to not verifie return then.
Only option is condonation of delay.... application to CIT of your jurisdiction to condone delay
