While punching data in utility late feees of rs 5000 is added in tax to be paid . As the filing date is extended then also late fees is applicable

Late fee cannot be levied when the time limit for filing of return has been extended.
But the itr2 utility is adding 5000 for late filing
Penalty under section 234F is levied for filing after due date of 31 07 2021
But if date is extended even then penalty has to be paid ?
Yes.The circular doesn't waive penalty under section 234F
Oh but form 16 is not yet provided and the error of hash value error is not removed.

It seems the same is not yet updated on the portal/utility. Wait for some time for it to be updated

I m facing an error saying invalid hash value . While uploading json file . Please guide how to rectify

234F is late filing fees , which chargeable after the due date,
Currently 234F is adding due to technical error, wait for some days

How many more days to wait. From last 2 months we are slogging. Cant the portal admins see the 234F to be removed? Utility is latest updated yesterday itself. What a fiasco!!!!! Last year refund is also pending...
If you have any other option , then do that? Otherwise we have only option to wait.
