Income Tax return filing Date remains same for all companies irrespective of its financial accounts...

the company will have to prepare FS for y.e 31 March for income tax purposes..

I agree with the answer of Mr. Naresh .

In this case period will be First 1st April to 31st  Dec and another 1st Jan to 31st  March of next year. Income tax chargeable on the basis of  F/Y and F.Y year always follow Previous Year ,which will be always start from 1st April every year except initial stages.
