Dear Sir, one of my friends has not filed a return file from last 2 year, he filed a nil return two years ago and has been gaped for 2 years. What will be the process of filing returns in 2017-18 this year?
Dear, Read my 2nd reply. In normal provisions no way. In case if you will try to request and ITO is accepted then you can file. Otherwise no way for filing ITR.
