and filed the form but at the time of uploading form is not uploading 

how we generate excel file into xml file

Hi Ritesh,

For using ITR 1 the macros must be enabled. The procedure is also attahced in notepad file. Then after filling the form validate each sheet. after that click on generate xml option in third sheet i.e. return filing and validation. after that it will generate xml file and also show the location of xml file. then upload xml file on site.
