I have filed the return of a client wherein by mistake I have written surname in the first name,first name as middle name & father's name as surname.Client will get the refund for the TDS paid. My question is will it cause delay in refund?Do I need to file revised return?
Please reply urgently.
Hello miss....No need for tension.....As long as you got the PAN Number correct and did not fill in your ICAI student registration number (instead of the PAN) it is okay....
Yes, file a revised return . On more safer side, give a separate letter of the above problem to your client AO. This correction step will avoid unnecessary delays.

there is no need to file revise return in my opinion.beacuse th pan no. is most important for filling returns.so don't tke tension dear.
QUESTION: The address have been filled wrongly, due to which it might go to wrong ward. Can there be any problem. PAN no. is correct.
