no u can't due date for filing return was 31.03.18.
if u file return it will deemed.as void ab initio.

No. The last date for furnishing return for the FY2016-17 was 31st March, 2018. Thereafter, you are not permitted to file ITR. Unless and until a notice u/s 142 has been served, you cannot file your ITR.
