Restriction on rights of statutory auditor

Depending upon the case --- Yes CLB has the power with proper justification.

Yes i totally agree  with Mr. Ankur Garg

as because CLB has the authority to restrict the unlawfull use of rights by the  auditors if CLB deem think fit in a particular circumstances.

Further not only CLB but i think Central Government, or SEBI can also interfere in some suspective cirumstances which can lead them to suspect that auditors are not using their powers in a manner as prescribed by the law.
