If the mobile no. linked to all the three is same in bank account, PAN & Adhaar; then need not worry. you will get refund unto 50L as stated in the remark.

Need not worry, we have experienced such cases where refund has been credited without any restriction.

Hi Sir, I've filed my returns for 2023 - 24. I still did not get my returns. I've been shown the message -  'Restricted Refund'. And when I click on the 3 dots and View Bank Account Details, I am seeing the following message.

Refund can be credited only up to <50L> due to name mismatch between Bank account and PAN. Please update the name in PAN or with bank.EVC can be enabled for this bank account.

What can I do further to get my returns for the financial year 2023-34
