Restoration of strike of company
A private limited company which was strike off through FTE earlier, now want to re-open and restart the business again, is it possible?

The company has to file a petiiton for restoration before the jurisdictional high court and if favourable order is received then file GNL 1 along with court order, application and notarized affidavit in non judicial stamp paper worth rs 100 in respective roc.After approval of form file pending returns on the mca portal.
