My name is Farooque and currently I am in Dubai and working as a Finance Manager. I used to be in Practice upto June 2011 in Mumbai. I left India for UAE in June 2011 without cancelling my COP.
Now I want to return back to India and again start my practice. Currently my membership status is showing inactive. I want to know what exactly i need to do to restore my membership and COP.

Enrollment as Member (FORM 2), Online Submission of Restoration of Membership (FORM 9), Register for Certificate of Practice (FORM 6), Restoration of A Certificate of Practice (FORM 101), Register as A Fellow (FORM 3). |
