The only rule is to get attempt of IPCE-
i.e,for may attempt register on or before 31st July. and for Nov. register on or before 31st Jan.
I would like To correct Nukul that to be eligible for May attempt, one need to register before 31st of July and NOT 31st of August.
Criteria to be eligible for IPCE attempt is minimum completion of 9 months' study period.And registeraion is open full year.
