RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Dear All,
A pvt ltd., was incorporated with 2 directors. One of the director want to resign. But the other director didn't accept his resignation and also not to sign in form 32. There was no operation in the business including opening of bank account for the bank.
How can the person who want to resign inform his resignation to the ROC and also to public. ITS VERY URGENT. THANKS A LOT IN ADVANCE

dear bhuvanesh acceptance of resignation is important if It is provided in Article, otherwise tendering of written resignation is sufficient for resign no matter it is accepted or not unless otherwise mention in article
