ours is a listed co. and our whole-time director has resigned/retired from the post though will continue as director with the company. Through his letter dated 1st september, 2010, he resigns w.e.f 30th September, 2010.
As per our opinion we are supposed to file form 32 for change of designation within 30 days from 30th September and intimate the stock exchanges about the change in the directorship.
Please suggest what other documents and formalities are to be complied with. Do we need to file Form 25 C as well?
