Resignation as a director in roc

I was made a director of a new company  by the company where I work as a Admin Manager  just after 2 yrs they told me to resign as a Director . Our company CA files all ROC filings. I am surprised how ROC accepted my resignation I have never resigned giving any such thing in writing . Now what papers are relevant for me to keep as a record so that in future I wont land into any false allegation or dispute. My digital signature is also not given back to me. Please advise. Regards

Keep the Form 32 filed with ROC for your appointment and also form 32 filed for your resignation in your records. As u r not the director now your DSC cannot be used for MCA and ROC related form filing.

To file Form 32 for resignation, evidence of cessation is mandatory.

Beside above U can check the signatory details of ur Company at MCA website to check status of ur resignation.

Agree with the learned members. Keep the details of form 32 with you as a record. Obtain the copies of Form 32 (both appointment and resignation), they must have attached your resignation letter as well, take the copy of it.
