Resignation

Hi

Please check what the date you have mentioned in Form-32 and the resignation letter.

If in resignation letter, the date is mentioend and that date is not matche with Form-32, in that case your Form-32 has made wrong filing.

In other case if resignation letter is silent, then the date mentioned in Form-32 will be taken as final date.

In both Form 32 and letter date was wrongly mentioned as 16.03.2013 so it has been matched and Form was approved.Now how can we change the resignation date correctly (01.12.2012) ? Can you please tell me 

There are certain forms once filed cannot be amended or corrected.
