Please share your opinion about residential status of employee in a Indian Ship going outside India more than 182 days. Employee received salary from Indian company and TDS deducted u/s 192

A seafarer serving on Indian ships outside India for a period of 182 days or more in a year is considered to be a non-resident.

Salary is taxable as usual and claim TDS too in the ITR
