If an indian citizen is in india for less than 182 days but more than 60days and also more than 365days in preceeding four financial years but in the present year he comes to india from june to july and feb to march only is he a resident

Yes, but should not be a crew member or employee visiting india......
what if he is outside india for bussiness and not for emplyment ???
Then the status becomes ... Resident .... (but for RNOR status, conditions to be checked)
