Resident rent income

my client doing business of taxable goods he files return accordingly.but he has rent income of resident flat Rs.15000/,per month.so such flat rent income is taxable or tax free?

Rental income from Residential house is exempted under GST.

Suppose if I'm having 5 houses and I rented all of them at 15000 each/month and doing business of any taxable item so now in this condition does my rental income is taxable or not under GST

OK bro but if a condition become like this that I'm a registered person and doing business of providing house on rent so In this condition also I will not pay tax in gst

Better to understand...

Rental Income from Residential House for residential purpose then it's exempted under GST. GST Tax not applicable as exempted...

In case the residential house rented to commercial purpose then Gst applicable....
