Resetting Password

one of our client's pan no was registered with Income Tax website during last year to check 26AS credits.

After that, we have checked 26 AS credits and filed the returns manually.

But in current year, the password is not working.

We have sent one mail to ask @ incometaxindia for resetting the password.

But till now, we have not yet reced any mail and the problem is still pending

Is there any way to recover or reset the password?
