I am planning to get into Investment Banking (Share market) . Can anyone please let me know what is the beggining step . As in what opportunity as a fresher can be opted for in companies so that after experience, i get into Investment Banking (Share market) ?

Hi, even Im very keen on IB (M&A front end)Pls suggest how to get into the same..
M&A Advisory for CA's... hmmm.... try to get into the Transaction Advisory teams of Big 4's.
I am not sure if Investment Banks pick up CA's easily. Unless you are someone exceptional I guess.
You could try with smaller firms specializing into M&A Advisory work...
