sir I saw some of vidio for rera rules and regulation for builder but I want to know about how many flore minimum we built with out rera ragistation and how many carpat area exampted

Projects with a plot size of minimum 500 sq m or eight apartments will fall under the purview of the RERA Act.

sir if I have 600 sq m and I want to build only 3 flore for personal use then rera registration is necessary or not
